Something is missing in my delivery?
Even with careful planning of our delivery of fresh fruit, unexpected cancelation of a product can occur some times. The reasons can vary, maybe the fruit aren’t ripe for harvest yet, there could be unexpected problems with transportation or the fruit just couldn’t meet the quality we are expecting for Jurassic Fruit (not ripe enough, damaged goods…).
Of course we will inform you in these cases and if possible, we will be able to offer a similar product for you to change your order.
Please notice that we won’t be able to do automatical subsequent deliveries of unavailable goods, after all there would be at least a week between deliveries and it’s not given that you would want said product at a later date. So if you do want an unavailable fruit for another week, please just create a new order or inform us!
